Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: July 29, 2026
This Policy defines what is and is not allowed when using Lineward AI. It applies to prompts, requested text, uploads, references, generated output, and placement photos.
1. Prohibited sexual content
- No NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or sexualized content.
- No sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors. Any such activity may be reported where required.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depiction of a real person.
2. Harm, abuse, and illegal activity
- No content promoting violence, self-harm, abuse, exploitation, illegal activity, controlled substances, weapons misuse, or dangerous instructions.
- No hateful, harassing, threatening, degrading, or discriminatory content targeting a person or protected group.
- No fraud, impersonation, deceptive identity use, face swaps, deepfakes, or manipulated depictions intended to mislead or harm.
3. Rights, privacy, and consent
- No content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- No private, intimate, biometric, or sensitive images of another person without valid permission.
- No attempts to reproduce a living artist's protected work or a third party's design in a way that violates their rights.
4. Safety enforcement
User-supplied generation text is screened before it reaches the image model. A Creem decision of flag or deny is blocked. If moderation is unavailable, generation is temporarily blocked rather than allowed through. We may also remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary.
5. Reporting
Report suspected abuse or policy violations to linewardsupport@gmail.com.
