Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account.

2. Service boundaries

Lineward AI provides visual references for discussion and refinement with a qualified tattoo artist. Outputs and placement previews are approximate, may be inaccurate or non-unique, and are not tattoo-ready artwork, medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of safety, originality, non-infringement, or outcome.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Lineward AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

• Upload only content you have permission to use.
• Obtain all necessary copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and consent rights.
• Do not upload another person's private or sensitive image without valid permission.

4. Acceptable use and content safety

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not request or generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, harmful, illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive content. Creem prompt moderation and other safety controls may block a request before generation.

5. AI output

AI output may resemble existing material and may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing output and obtaining appropriate professional and rights clearance before using it. A tattoo artist must independently confirm placement, scale, readability, technique, hygiene, and skin suitability.

6. Purchases and delivery

Basic and Pro are one-time, project-bound digital-service purchases. Payment unlocks the selected project's generation allowance but does not automatically start generation. Current prices, included rounds, concepts, handoff materials, and placement-preview limits are displayed before purchase. Creem processes payment as merchant of record.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds are generally unavailable after paid generation starts, except where required by applicable law or where Lineward AI cannot reasonably provide the purchased service.

8. Availability and enforcement

We may block content, suspend access, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to fraud or abuse, or meet legal and payment-provider requirements. The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued, and no uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lineward AI is provided as available without implied guarantees. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
