1. Information we collect

• Account information, including email address, authentication records, and account identifiers.
• Tattoo directions, requested text, preferences, reference images, optional placement photos, generated concepts, saved placement previews, and support messages.
• Purchase identifiers, product, amount, currency, status, and related transaction metadata received from Creem. We do not receive full payment-card details.
• Security and operational data such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, request logs, and error diagnostics.

2. How we use information

• Provide accounts, generation, delivery, downloads, placement previews, and support.
• Screen user-supplied generation text for prohibited content before model processing.
• Process purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and enforce our policies.
• Comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability without making unsupported claims about output.

3. Service providers

We disclose only information reasonably needed to providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, AI generation, prompt moderation, payment processing, email delivery, security, and diagnostics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

4. Retention

• Account, project, generated concept, and delivery data are generally retained while the account or project remains active.
• Optional placement photos are retained for the placement workflow and are scheduled for deletion within 30 days, unless you delete them sooner.
• When you request account or project deletion, non-essential user content is scheduled for deletion within 30 days, subject to backup cycles and technical completion.
• Transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.

5. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data by emailing linewardsupport@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where required for transactions, security, disputes, or law.

6. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Data-protection rules may differ across locations. We use providers and safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable obligations.

7. Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Lineward AI is for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
